Payroll Clerk

I worked as Payroll Clerk in a restaurant atmosphere where there were three around the clock shifts. The employee’s were paid overtime and bonuses during their employment.

I was in charge of all of the employee’s payroll sheets, calculating their hours etc.

  • I calculated the employee hours, bonus money, and overtime hours making sure that they were paid accurately each pay period.
  • I was in charge of direct deposits and keeping track of everyone’s time sheet.

Robinson Manufacturers – Any Town, USA 1997 to 2000

I was in charge of checking the time cards after each shift.

I provided an accurate accounting of each employee’s hours worked and break times.

  • I checked that each time card was properly punched and recorded in the computer.
  • I took care of all deductions required from taxes to union dues.
