DLA Piper paralegal must be an individual who is well organized and has excellent communication skills. He/she must also be able to renew domain names, process foreign associate and vendor invoices, draft assignment documents, work as part of a team, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
The applicant must have completed an undergraduate degree, have five years of paralegal experience in trademark prosecution, experience in conducting trademark clearance searches, filing trademark and copyright forms, U.S patent filings, preparing information disclosure statements, experience in working with a computerized docketing system, strong MS office skills. DLA Piper Paralegal Yearly Salary: $66,475
DLA Piper legal secretary must be able to work in a team environment that can perform secretarial, administrative and clerical support. Female candidates would be preferred as the job role is such. She must be able to create, transcribe and proofread litigation documents, maintain calendars for coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, manages lawyers daily time entry, be flexible to work overtime. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a litigation legal secretary in a law firm and experience with areas of commercial and government litigation will be a bonus.
