Forever 21 Duties and Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandiser/Full time

The Visual Merchandiser / Full Time facilitates accordingly to visual standards in order to produce sales and offer shopping ease for customers; makes window and products displays within visual standards; and works in partnership with management and sales associates.

Visual Merchandiser Salary: $13.00 per hour

• Assistant Store Manager/Full time

The Assistant Store Manager / Full time supports the Company mission and vision in the course of front line management of Store Associates; supports the Store Manager and Co-Manager in motivating associates to carry out their work duties by forming an enjoyable, challenging and satisfying environment; and each and every Company Assistant Store Managers are measured as Co-Managers in Training.

Assistant Sore Manager Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 per hour

• Co-Manager/Full time

The Co-Manager / Full time supports the Company mission and vision through co-ownership and co-accountability for the general sales, productivity, control and management of elected store; motivates store management team and associates to carry out their work duties by forming an enjoyable, challenging and satisfying environment; and each and every Company Co-Managers are measured as Managers in Training.

Co-Manager Salary: $14.00 per hour

• Head Cashier/Full time

The Head Cashier / Full time helps the store management team in generating a money-making store through customer service, dutiful cashiers, and deficiency control; supervises the money enfold list, including but not limited to the entire inventory dealings, training procedure, and further advertising; and supervises the cashiers in dealing out the customer’s purchases.

Head Cashier Salary: $10.00 per hour

• Cashier/Full time

The Cashier / Full time keep exceptional customer service for each Company standards; processes sales promptly, correctly, and competently; and protects company possessions.

Cashier Salary: $8.00 per hour

• Visual Merchandiser Manager/Full time

The Visual Merchandiser Manager / Full time supports the Company mission and vision through ownership and liability for the visual merchandise presentation in elected store; preserves firm partnership with Store Management and motivates the visual team to perform their work duties by forming an enjoyable, challenging and satisfying environment.

Visual Merchandiser Manager Salary: $15.00 per hour

• Sales associate/Full time

The Sales Associate / Full time greets, welcomes and offers outstanding customer service while getting utmost sales results; keeps a pleasant, courteous manner at all times with customers, bosses, and associates; and makes certain the store preserves its first-rate visual presentation.

Sales Associate Salary: $9.00 per hour

• District Manager/Full time

The District Manager / Full time supports the Company mission and vision through ownership and liability for Company’s general sales and productivity; offers supervision and management of stores within elected district; guides and motivates Store Managers to carry out their work duties by forming an enjoyable, challenging and satisfying environment; makes the best use of store volume through store managers (Sales and Profit) in harmony with all store and company goals, policies, and procedures; and guarantee your assigned district is keeping first-rate Customer Service.

District Manager Salary: $17.00 per hour
