The Stock Clerk will be responsible to receive, unpack and stock merchandise in the stockroom making it available to customers as needed and examine the merchandise for defects or damage. Specifically, the clerk will receive the merchandise from the truck and assist in unloading them, do inventory of items that includes counting and sorting items to verify accuracy of receipt merchandise on requisition and invoice; unpack, store, transfer and retrieve merchandise and wrap them after customer purchase.
