In this position you will develop and manage consumer insights and spot trends in the digital space. It will be your responsibility to develop digital consumer insights, track kids’ and adults’ digital usage, measure and recommend action around their experiences using the Net Promoter Score approach, and be on top of competitions and technological advances in the digital space. You work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You partner with the web analytics team to provide insights to the web statistics – adding the why’s behind the numbers. You work with the LEGO Universe team to produce insights, including awareness, member profiling, and game feedback. You liaise with the LEGO Digital team to identify and secure a competitive digital and MMOG tracking tool.
The average salary for this position is around $57,000 to $84,000
This position will be primarily responsible for the CRM data mining, analytics and insights. Using and managing the data and its flow, this role will provide recommendations to the CRM department in relation to segmentation and targeting, campaign selections and much more. Marketing Analyst Salary: $60,000
Your main responsibility is to develop in-depth understanding of consumers’ needs, experiences and expectations. This is being used to define new consumer value propositions and business opportunities for products, services and experiences. You orchestrate consumer co-creation sessions, ethnographic studies and consumer research. You partner and co-operate with marketers, developers and business owners, and you inspire and challenge them in order to constantly guarantee consumer focus in the innovation processes.
Consumer Experience Research Manager Salary: $75,000-$115,000
The Public Relations Manager is a primary point of contact in communications and relationship building/maintenance with any level of news media who may find interest in the LEGO brand. Manager works extensively across internal groups to understand objectives then develops and manages PR programs that best reach target audiences and drive desired action while building and bolstering brand affinity.
Public Relations Manager annual salary: $70,000-$120,000
