The Co-Manager in collaboration with the Store Manager, lead all activities essential to accomplish all store goals, including sales objectives, customer service, human resource management, payroll and operating fixed costs, loss prevention, and product presentation while inspiring both associate and customer engagement; directs customer service initiatives, which are consistent with the norms of Marc Ecko to increase business and capture the customer; facilitate the development of team in running the business operation objectives through recruitment, selection, training , investment, commitment, retention and motivation; supports success of sales, payroll, and inventory deficiency goals; implementation of product presentation, restocking, and revitalization to make the most of productivity; familiarizes with the Marc Ecko tradition and guarantees conformity with all Marc Ecko Values & Practices, and store operational principles; and further duties as assigned by Store Manager, District Manager, or Regional Vice President.
Co-Manager Salary: $35,000.00
The Assistant Manager is accountable for every duty that is handed over to the manager when the manager is not around the office; is more like a support to the manager in completing duties entrusted to the manager in a unit; accountable for communicating with the manager; responsible for overseeing each and every one of the employees at the facility; assigns the job duties of every employee and sustains the appropriate quantity of employees necessary to run the store; responsible for the hiring of new or substitute employees, expulsing employees not performing their job duties as should be and disciplining employees when needed; informs the manager on expected problems or needed remedial actions in order for the store manager to formulate proficient, well-versed decisions to employ to regulate procedures to secure complexities; and collaborates with the store manager during financial plan decisions to give advice on potential account modifications or amendments.
Assistant Manager Salary: $10.00 per hour
The Store Manager will be in charge for meeting its region’s sales and income goals every year; develop local advertising and promotional plans to increase production; effort to augment customer satisfaction in the store through his or her employees and organizing products so it is effortless to find; reduce losses due to damage or robbery; instructing other managers when to calculate registers or when to shut doors in the back of the store; managing the interviewing, assortment and employing of all new employees; training assistant managers on opening and closing measures; accountable for guaranteeing that all employee paperwork or hours are approved so that people can get compensated; and demand meeting with the area manager and other store mangers to keep up with regional rules and regulations.
Store Manager Salary: $40,000.00
