  • Junior Project Manager

A Junior Project Manager should have In-depth knowledge of project management practices and policies, and must have at least 2 years experience of setting/implementing strategies for IT division and managing small to midsized software development projects with strong written and documentation skills used to follow the SDLC process, ability to lead through influence, ability to analyze and understand complex business problems, ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones, ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace, ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people, must be able to communicate to senior executives internally and externally Effective use of reading, writing, oral communications skills, presentation techniques, meeting mechanics, and team building techniques with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, and the right person should be available for travel up to 50% domestic/international with PMP Certification Experience working with 3rd party suppliers / contractors.
