- Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer should be equally comfortable discussing jQuery selector mechanics, mixins Ruby and MySQL; explain the plans with a team of respect and equal passion. Applicants must demonstrate leadership qualities and have practical work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment that gives them room to apply their knowledge; quickly grasp the business objectives of high-level veterinary requirements and transform them into effective solutions; work with management team members and others to define requirements; contribute to the discussion of architecture and be responsible for implementing all or part of a project; be passionate and take pride in own labor and have a sense of belonging; and build staff and make things happen.
Senior Software Engineer Salary: $90,000.00
- Customer Service Associate
The CSR is assigned for responding to requests from several clients each hour about products and services offered on the site; take orders, check status, respond and resolve customer issues, provide information, products and suggestions, assist with the shipping details and provide total customer satisfaction; providing excellent customer service and satisfaction for every point of customer contact is needed; keep required call, email, and chat productivity and quality assurance targets; examine and resolve any customer issues; help in the progress of department methods and procedures continually looking for improve processes; track customer questions, comment, and issues using in-house tools; other wide-ranging administrative duties such as product catalog protection, answering voice mail and other tasks as assigned; outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate well and clearly with inside and outside customers; provable conflict resolution skills; ability to create written responses that is grammatically correct, concise and accurate; effective problem solving and decision making skills; efficient time management skills; orderly, factor oriented and excellent work ethic; and strong computer skills in Windows XP and MS Office Suite as well as a strong familiarization of the internet and ecommerce websites.
Customer Service Associate Salary: $20,000.00
- Staff Architect
The Staff Architect should have the ability to preserve communication with other IT employees and convey information on the most up-to-date trends in architecture software; work in partnership with other encoding employees to verify alterations and enrichment in program code; offer supervision to support employees on software development and protection; handle difficulties occurring from the development of new software; communicate with internal employees on progress in software development; communicate with business lineups; ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements before the beginning of a project; assist other IT staff understand the issues of software development; execute constant review of applied software; stay in touch with the most up-to-date developments in architecture.
Staff Architect Salary: $50,000.00
