Boot Barn Inc. Duties and Responsibilities

• Graphic Artist/Full time

The Graphic Artist / Full time is assigned to prepare visual presentations for retail store signage and promotional advertising; prepares work to be accomplished by completing information and materials; plans concept by understanding information and materials; illustrates concept by designing rough plan; prepares finishing layout by marking and beating up finished copy and art; completes projects by organizing with external agencies, printers, etc. as required; contributes to advertising team effort by achieving associated results as needed, timely and accurately; must have skill with the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator; and a retail store signage experience is an advantage.

Graphic Artist Salary: $50,000.00

• Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager will direct the whole operation of a multi-product Western & Work Wear retail facility with soaring standards for customer service, image, and productivity; has the aptitude to manage sales, advertising and in store promotions within company rules, as well as records and money management; leads by example, oversees, coaches, assigns and productively manages people; takes a personal awareness in our employees, customers, and suppliers; have the ability to converse clearly and regularly; responsible for nurturing a sales culture to improve Customer Service and Store Profitability; goal Setting empowered to think out side of the box by creating pleasure and passion within your team; a personal obligation to a dependable outlook for achieving sales goals; and successful applicant will be verified leaders who have an upbeat positive attitude that displays the drive to multi-task competently.

Retail Store Manager Salary: $55,000.00

• Retail assistant Manager

The Retail Assistant Manager is a leader and should stand for the company and his/her self well by acting as a role model to the people reporting to him/her; should be able to keep focused during demanding times and assign tasks to employees to keep business running smoothly; assistant manager is frequently the one accountable for recruiting and interviewing quality people to staff the location; should be a high-quality educator who tries to facilitate employees who are having complicatedness picking up new skills; people skills and customer service are a must in this position; will as well necessitate assisting customers when they have questions, worries or complaints; should be helpful to employees by encouraging them to do well and advance; and keep employees in high spirits and be as accommodating as possible to customers and clients.

Retail Assistant Manager Salary: $45,000.00
