- Kiosk Manager
The Kiosk Manager position is responsible for administering personnel management programs at the kiosk level, encompassing all functional areas of personnel and labor relations for the Retail Division. The ideal candidate must meet or exceed the financial projections and maximize revenues; deliver a high level of operational excellence including store appearance, loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and safety and security of people and assets and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills through compliance with operational checklists. He/she must possess excellent communication skills to best deliver high quality of customer service.

- Retail Team Lead
The Retail Team Lead is responsible to interact with customers, make product recommendations, and suggestively sell promotional items assuring delivery of high customer relation is observed at all times. He/she will supervise sale’s associate to ensure each customer receives friendly service upon each visit to the kiosk; perform as Manager on Duty and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of opening and/or closing checklists and master all daily store tasks and train new sales associate on performing these tasks as requested by store management. The retail team lead is also responsible in encouraging the lead team to meet or exceed the expected sales revenue for the daily basis.

The Business Process Developer will facilitate identification and analysis of business processes of both regional and global levels to meet the needs a specific project charter for global standardization and alignment.
