Merchandise Analyst

The merchandise Analyst will be responsible to identify effective strategies that will be utilized to merchandise plans and advertising initiatives. He/she must develop and implement allocations and ensure new stores will follow the determined store plan; must communicate with other merchants regarding sales trends and promotional purchasing applicable to the store. The candidate must respond to inventory related issues to minimize markdowns.

Merchandise Analyst: Salary $53,117.00

Sales Support Manager

The Sales Support Manager is responsible in developing schedules for Front and Freight Department ; training of cashiers and associates to ensure they would follow policies, procedures and programs of the company issuing actions in times that they failed to follow standards; participate in recruiting and hiring of sales support associates ensuring compliance to guidelines in cash handling procedures. The candidate must achieve company objectives in sales and operational performance.

Sales Support Manager: Salary $41,625.00

Footwear Sales Manager

The Footwear Sales Manager will be responsible for developing schedules for the Footwear Department as well as participate in recruiting, interviewing and hiring and training of hourly associates. He/she must execute excellent customer service skills that will maximize sales; uphold the standards of the company in presentation of the merchandise by following established floor sets, price changes, recovery and the like. The candidate must have good attention to details and strong problem solving ability to ensure the needs of the customers are met.

Footwear Sales Manager: Salary $38,933.00

Retail Store Manager

The position is responsible for driving sales through customer service that is why it is important for the candidate to have excellent customer service skills. He/she will develop payroll plans and ensure that it is met; ensure daily operation of the store will uphold standards of the company for merchandise presentation. The candidate is required to be proficient in MSOffice and must meet Federal requirement for handling and processing firearm transactions.

Retail Store Manager: Salary $77,000.00
