The individual will be responsible for providing support and enhancements to users in resolving technical issues, developing and maintaining reports, maintaining data integrity, work as part of a team, provide back up to the data specialist. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of related customer and technical support experience in a similar working environment, have basic knowledge of  SQL query, must be well organized, strong communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will be expected work occasionally after hours and provide weekend support.
