Franklin Covey Products LLC Duties and Responsibilities

  • Retail Sales Associate/ Full time or Part time positions

The Retail Sales Associate / Full-time or Part-time positions are accountable for giving outstanding customer service and sales that will rally or go beyond client hopes; in charge for customer dealings and accounting for incomes established; sustain a certified operational environment; meets customer needs by granting world class customer service that meets or surpass customer outlooks and selling, cross-selling, and up-selling FranklinCovey products and workshops in the course of strong knowledge of products and services and indicating their use to customers; reports for products sales through correct recording of customer dealings; upholds hygienic, professional working environment in agreement with FranklinCovey product presentation standards; helps out in opening and closing registers, as well as including workstation funds; helps out in company growth efforts as directed by Sales Manager; guarantees sufficient stock levels are on sales floor; guarantees observance with all inventory policies; helps out in store record counts, on a daily basis and quarterly; and be present at monthly store meetings.

Retail Sales Associate / Full-time or Part-time positions Salary: $8.90 per hour plus Incentives

  • Retail Assistant Manager/Full time Position

The Retail Assistant Manager / Full-time Position is responsible to the Sales Manager for the victory of the store; gives headship for the Store Team to ensure constant use of FranklinCovey’s well-known sales and customer service practice in order to free up the Sales Manager in his or her Business Development efforts; guides the store in producing constructive financial results; trains and executes training curricula; and supports the Sales Manager in the Business Development and Outreach procedures by making sure store actions are first-rate; assures that sales and service objectives are attained as calculated by performance to preceding year and plan, standard dollar sale, units per deal, exchange rate, and net promoter scores; in charge for maintaining legendary levels of Customer service; running work and other controllable operating cost to budget and leveraging company belongings; assures that operational regulations are recognized and maintained and get ahead of store audit standards; provides training and opinion to encourage superior performance; maximizes sales and Customer happiness by executing and maintaining product presentation way; insures that stores are orderly, unsoiled, secure and at ease to shop; and carries out monthly accountability, teaching and motivational store meetings as intended for by the Sales Manager.

Retail Assistant Manager / Full-time Position Salary: $9.25 per hour plus incentives

Physical Demands:

  • Capacity to go up or climb, reaches, bend and haul up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds irregularly.
  • Capacity to stand for extensive periods or approximately up to 90% of assigned shift.
  • Capability to converse through vocal connections.
  • Capability to distinguish and class products according to tint.
  • Capacity to converse in English via e-mail, voicemail and in-person to Customers and human resources.
