Gander Direct Marketing Services LCC Duties and Responsibilities


Sales Associate is responsible to deliver the best service standards by assisting customers in selection of products that will meet their needs for the best outdoor activity that would fit their lifestyle and also do the stocking, merchandising and maintaining the workplace. The successful candidate must at all times demonstrate excellent customer service by building rapport with the customers and must have excellent knowledge of the products to actively share insights by answering questions, recommending products and closing sales. He/she is expected to be a team collaborator and must establish and maintain productive working relationships with others.

SALES ASSOCIATES: Salary $9.05 per hour


The store Manager will be responsible for the complete day to day Gander Mountain store; maximize the store sales profitability and ensure that the working procedure is within the standards set by the company as well as the State and Federal regulations and policies. The ideal position will promote Sales and Profit Generation by meeting sales and profit goals and executing programs as tool guide in decision making; develop people through recruiting, training, and evaluating associates through performance feedback, timely reviews and development plans and must exhibit excellent oral and written skills to interpersonally communicate, persuade and lead to interact at all levels of the store team.

STORE MANAGER – BENCH: Salary $60,000.00


The Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible to assist the business by creating, executing and maintaining visual displays and presentation though the apparel and footwear section of the store. He/she will lead the merchandising team to develop and design plans to drive the sales of the section and work on special displays for special events and promotions and seasonal sets; work with the other department to create a brand vision to ensure that guidelines that will meet the management’s expectation as well as to create impact on the customers.

Store Visual Merchandiser: Salary $25,000.00


The Seasonal Associate on Archery is responsible for delivering the best quality customer service by having excellent knowledge on archery as a sports and hobby. The ideal candidate is expected to share insights through answering questions, listening and recommending products that will best suit ones needs and desire in archery. He/she must possess a positive attitude and must share high passion in outdoor activities and experiences.

Seasonal Associate Archery: Salary $9.50 per hour


The Custodian will be responsible in sustaining and repairing equipment and facilities of based store specifications. He must safely handle and operate equipment and must maintain the work area clean and orderly and is also expected to assist janitorial duties as requested.

Custodian: Salary $32,000.00


The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety at the work environment for customers and co-employees that includes cleaning of restrooms, dusting, and the likes. He/she must establish and maintain productive working attitude for following job assignments coming from the Store Manager or the Operations Manager. He must always display excellent customer service with reference to the needs of the clients.
