the management and supervisory staff is unfair and shows favoritism. There is no real training. Case in point rather than cut hours equally Hours are drastically cut for all employees who are not the favorites. Plus there is several Favorite employees who are allowed to stretch their 10 minute breaks into 20 minute. These employees are allowed access to surf the web while being on the clock. several supervisors will break together leaving one supervisor on the floor to take care of the needs of the customers and associates. These said supervisors help very little hours cut while the one one is left to floor duties and hardly ever takes a 10 minute break has gone from full time status to part time status. These “favored” supervisors talk down to and insult the associates as well as other supervisors. I have never worked in such an unprofessional place as this store J C Penney store number 2755. The Manager will correct employees in front of peers as well as staff they supervise. She rolls her eyes when asked about procedures and makes the employee feel stupid and incompetent. She accuses employees of things that they did not do. I am not happy working in this environment. I expected a more professional work atmosphere.
