• Inbound Customer Service Representative

Inbound Customer Service Representative handles the receiving of customer phone calls for various brands; finds information as regards to the products to counter customer inquiries; enters orders correctly into organize entry systems; suggests sale and promotional products on all order call; processes needs for catalogs; handles transactions in opening of new customer accounts on a computer visual display unit; makes monetary assessments to care for or accumulate revenues and fiddle with customer accounts; may be required to attain a sale quota; help out management with tracking and setting up of the labor force and vacation schedules; and assist in instructing and directing new employees.
