Living Direct Inc. Duties and Responsibilities

• Assistant Buyer

This position assist buyer in determining which products are best, handle clerical duties, help buyer in locating suppliers and vendors and handling customer service; ensure timely deliver and shipment of merchandise through consistent follow-up with vendors; process RTVs and ensure delivery and fee of those RTVs; assist in updating costs in the systems and implementing price changes to reflect the cost changes while meeting margin standards; work with the Purchasing Manager to create an exciting and timely product assortment that meets or exceeds our budgeted sales, volume and margin goals; develop strong functioning relationships with present vendors and source new vendors to build assortment. Assistant Buyer Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 up depending on experience

• Return Supervisors

The Return Supervisors will be assigned to watch over the returns and maintenance department ensuring timely processing and turnaround of products of Returns Supervisors; communicates openly to Warehouse Manager for all coursework and plan; inform rate competence opportunities and takes safety measures to shelter warehouse contents against loss; reports on department’s Key Performance Indicators and reverse diagnostic packaging; and must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and be able to stand for more than 7 to 8 hours at a time.

Return Supervisors Salary: $35,000.00 to $60,000.00 depends on skills and experience

• Customer Service Representative

The CSR will be assigned to Call for somebody that can think on their own; has a concentration to detail; hold excessive tolerance and understanding and be able to come up with solutions to problems; assist customers via telephone, email and online chat; answer calls from clients either to assist them with the needed information or to do sales; do follow ups on costumers’ inquiries not immediately answered; get hold of order standing and shipping information for existing orders; complete call logs and report; and must provide on the job training for new employees.

Customer Service Representative Salary: $20,000.00 to $35,000.00 hourly basis
