As a McGuireWoods supervisor, helpdesk, the individual must provide consistent support to the organization in assisting the staff perform their roles. He/she must be able to mentor employees by using technical skills to answer phone calls, report and document skills, create team development plans, analyze help desk performance, and prepare statistical reports. The candidate must be familiar with supporting browser based application tools like edge sight and appsense, support regarding remote access, network monitoring, support telecommunications system, and network administration. The ideal candidate must have three to five years experience in a technical support environment, five years of experience in supporting the latest version of the Microsoft Office application suite, Knowledge of PC hardware components, familiar with supporting browser based application tools and software, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to deal with multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment., excellent organizational skills, and proven leadership and management skills.
