National Hockey League Duties and Responsibilities
- Pension Administrator
As a Pension Administrator you are to report to the Vice President and Controller of the National Hockey League Pension Society located in Montreal; manage the NHL Group Life Insurance, arrange monthly invoices for the National Hockey League Pension Society & Pension Plans, arrange checks, and organize documents and other administrative duties; supervision of Group Life Insurance and keep informed with players covered for new term, monthly update to include new players & non-players, alteration letters and invoices; set up and send out the entire Pension Society invoices for the entire pension plans on a monthly basis; work out and put in interest on unsettled invoices; banking on a daily basis to document every arriving checks on deposit record page, record in bank deposit books; document deposits on Excel spreadsheet by Plan & enter information into Lawson; enter into Lawson as compulsory; connection for NHL Deferred Compensation Plan, once a year elections; categorizing pension documents and preserving files; and give organizational duties for Vice President and Controller – Pensions & Vice President & Managing Director.
Pension Administrator Salary: $35,000.00-$65,000.00
- Telesales Representative
The TSR is to handle cold call projections for ticket packages such as individual sport customers, happening lead and past family entertain pack customers and past birthday party packages; make at least one hundred outbound phone calls for each night; help in the implementation of telesales projects; gather every part of pre-determined sales targets; and does multiple tasking involving managing a great quantity of phone calls and customer service.
Telesales Representative Salary: $25,000.00-$50,000.00
- Inside Sales Representative
Reports directly to the Senior Director and Ticket Sales; the Inside Ticket Sales Representative is a period position; the Inside Ticket Sales Representative will be in charge for generating profits through outbound sales campaigns that focus on the sale of full, partial, group and mini-game ticket plans to company and individual customers; constant solicitation of new business for the teams; meet and ascertain sales objectives including controlled solicitation by cold calling by the use of the phone and in-person as directed; create an obliged least total of outbound sales calls each day with the purpose of making the most of the entire ticket revenue; and act upon other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors in the management.
Inside Ticket Sales Representative Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00
