- Software Engineering Manager – Billing and Payments
The software engineering manager reports to director of engineering and to manage the team responsible for the development of software tools used for managing billing and payments platform. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding and proven competence in leading teams and projects in multiple development environments using a variety of development methodologies. We are looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, question assumptions and existing ways of doing things, and provide the management and technical guidance to evolve our software and architecture while maintaining our highly available applications. The right person is able to face challenges abound in creating an architecture that is flexible in meeting the needs of the business in North America as well as help build our international payments platform as we take our streaming service across the globe.
Software Engineering Manager – Billing and Payments Salary: $97,615- $153,639
- Customer Service Representative
This person should provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to all inbound calls, assist customers with new and existing accounts, website navigation, account billing, and shipping issues, an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment, communicate information to a variety of non-technical and technical customers, resolve customer inquiries, work in a fast paced, high volume, changing environment, learn and strives to gain new knowledge about product and service changes, provide technical assistance with devices such as PC, Mac, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and the Wii. The successful candidate needs to maintain stellar attendance and be punctual, customer service experience preferred, ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback / coaching, exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills, understanding of call center performance metrics a plus, strong computer application skills, strong oral/written communication skills, must be results oriented, and motivated to be a consistent performer.
Customer Service Representative Salary: $20,200- $33,564
- HRIS Manager
The applicant should have 5+ years experience growing and managing software development teams in fast-paced environments and 8+ years software development or HRIS experience as an Analyst. Should be a graduate of BSCS or equivalent, MS preferred, proven experience in implementing HRIS solutions across the organization, demonstrate excellent communication skills, both within the team, and across the organization. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with outside resources (3rd party systems, vendors, etc.) and seamlessly integrates into development efforts, knowledge of several of the following: PeopleSoft or Oracle HR, Workday, ATS (e.g. SilkRoad or Taleo), Business Objects, SQL, Excel Macros, or Access queries. Strong project management skills required: successful experience managing HR or HR technology projects. The hired individual should have solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies. Also, he or she should have exposure to ADP’s EV4 or EV5 system, workday or PeopleSoft HR or Oracle HR, and working with Applicant Tracking systems like (Taleo, SilkRoad, Jobvite).
HRIS Manager Salary: $55,000-$148,000
- Business Intelligence Leader
The business intelligence leader is assigned to report into the Business Intelligence & Data Science organization because you will partner directly with Product Development to provide critical business insights and actionable metrics. Leadership skills are imperative, as the role will manage 4-5 senior-level direct reports. However, hands-on skills are also critical in order stay agile and connected with the team and the content of the data. To succeed in this role you should be passionate about delivering accurate and actionable insights to business decision-makers and be able to understand and creatively solve a wide variety of problems. Your specific responsibilities include Recruit and lead a team of Silicon Valley’s top BI talent. Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure to support business analysis (requirements gathering, ETL, dimensional data modeling, metric design, reporting etc), prioritize initiatives with a keen eye toward business impact. Work with cross functional teams to ensure alignment, provide leadership in defining business-critical metrics that drive the business forward, partner closely with engineering leads to ensure seamless flow of data from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse, define business rules and transformations, and manage execution across disparate teams, provide expert advice and education in the usage and interpretation of data for the Product Development organization, communicate insights at all levels of the company, clearly and concisely.
