The Search Analyst is responsible for supporting the Search Marketing Manager, which will include both the paid and the natural search programs and also for executing the tactical components of reporting, research and analysis. With these key responsibilities of monitoring search activities that includes the analysis of performance of promotions and campaigns and identifying the areas of opportunities for paid search on major search engines; preparing and analysing weekly and monthly reports; assisting analysis of beta programs offered by search engines such as Google Plus Box, Site Links, Video, etc.; and assisting with testing out new advertising programs such as Facebook, advertising; auditing of competitor’s bidding and management of competitors and affiliates to ensure they are not bidding on brand terms. The Merchandise Content Manager will lead the teams in duties associated with the creation and maintenance of Brand & Product offerings on the website in an effort to establish and optimize workflow processes that maximize productivity and online sales; 5+ years of Merchandising experience with a primary focus on defining and implementing workflow standards that scale the production processes associated with the display of product content on a large-scale ecommerce website; 4+ years of content management preferably within enterprise level ecommerce; requires a Bachelor Degree or highly relevant professional experience; proven leadership skills; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); proficient computer software skills including Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to problem solve and creatively overcome obstacles; employ excellent communication skills via e-mail, phone, and personal exchanges with vendors, and other departments, to plan, disseminate and obtain information; prepare & analyze metrics & reports for production stakeholders as required; exceptional Project Management skills; experience in vendor relationship management; and ability to communicate content process needs to a technical audience.
