The ideal candidate must have a degree in business administration, law degree or MBA; have more than ten years of related experience, seven years experience in senior management capacity, efficient and effective project management, financial management and human resources, excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong professional working relationships, and ability to motivate members of the firm.
