As the chief practice officer, the individual will serve as the advisor to the senior partner and managing partner of the litigation division, make strategic planning and execution, financial performance management, inventory management, recruit lawyers, business development, marketing and client relations, and internal meetings and communications. The ideal candidate must have a degree in business administration, law degree or MBA; have more than ten years of related experience, seven years experience in senior management capacity, efficient and effective project management, financial management and human resources, excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong professional working relationships, and ability to motivate members of the firm.
