PC Universe Inc. Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be assigned in managing Account Executives who work by the use of phone in developing new business clients; keeping relationships with their existing customers selling technology solutions; ensuring that your team goes after PC Mall’s every day plans and goals for activity, cold calls, channel making, labor ethic, guidelines, etc.; running your team’s sales channel, converging, forecast, financial statements and promotions; making contacts and taking trips to your team’s forecast and clients to correspond PC’s rate plan between key decision makers inside the organization; instructing and guiding your team on client purchase, client progress, time management, and customer experience; and increasing, upholding, and leveraging strong relationships with OEM Partners and distributors.
Sales Manager Salary: $60,000.00
- Account Executive
The Account Executive will be involved in using proven sales techniques to view and spot new buying breaks; giving prospects and clients with PC’s qualified technology expert to construct advice-giving long standing business relationships; build up expansion plans for clients; outbound phone sales building a book of business and some external sales meetings may be necessary; in general account plan development; communicating PC’s important plan to key decision makers within the group; increasing, upholding, and leveraging strong relationships with OEM Partners and distributors; running your time efficiently to attain daily sales objectives and metrics; setting up daily and weekly activities in order to attain sales objectives and metrics; arranging quotes and proposals as needed; entering and following orders for clients; and being present at vendor or producer training, team meetings, and sales meetings when necessary.
Account Executive Salary: $60,000.00
- PC Software Tester
The main responsibility of PC Software Tester is to apply software designs; offer software development support to assignments as assigned; test growth software to meet qualifications and engineering requirements; and record correspond test results using worksheets, database programs and testing tools.
PC Software Tester Salary: $50,000.00
- Operations Support Coordinator
The Operations Support Coordinator supports the junior intern employment and listing process; supports the current intern and academic area; welcomes and directs approaching and or current interns or guests; responds to inward bound calls, provides information to every caller, transfers calls to correct person, and takes messages; responds to intern questions and or needs; fields intern complaints and resolves; support interns with early financial aid dealings; and finish other projects and tasks as assigned.
Operations Support Coordinator Salary: $50,000.00
