The Children’s Place Retail Stores Inc. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Loss Prevention – Exception Based Reporting Analyst

This position must be responsible in reviewing data and analyzing exceptions through knowledge and experience in retail loss prevention and investigation processes. He/she will create and maintain reports to track behaviours that contribute to shrink and loss of the company and refine parameters based on the needs of the company with the ability to be very thorough and oriented in details and understand investigations that would lead to successful resolution of cases.

Exception Based Reporting Analyst: Salary $86,000.00

  • Director Human Resources, Distribution Centers

The Director for Human Resources will develop, manage and implement programs related to the policies and guidelines of the Human Resource Department in compliance with the federal and state employment laws. He/she will be responsible to conduct new hire orientations and ensure that qualified employees will fill positions; must resolve grievances and provide counsel in cases of harassment and discrimination and the like and must be able to respond as dictated by the policies and procedures of the company.

Director Human Resources, Distribution Centers: Salary $61,000.00

  • Store Operations – Field Manager

The Field Manager for Store Operations must have strong leadership skills to drive results by developing strategies through analysis of performance. The candidate must motivate and inspire the team to achieve high results of performance; must have excellent communication skills to effectively relay essential information to the team related to goal progress and must ensure compliance to presentations and operational standards.

Store Operations – Field Manager: Salary $72,000.00

  • Software Engineer

This position requires someone with knowledge and experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Cognos 8.4.1 environment. He/she will be responsible with designing, developing and testing reports in Cognos 8.4.1; tuning and optimization of solution and different database to assist users in defining and creating reports.

Software Engineer: Salary $91,000.00
