Reinvent, implement and maintain Customer Experience program that matches to latest business/customer trends. Manage and develop team of five Customer Experience Specialists to deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to internal and external customers. Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting that tracks individual and team results. Identify the percent of Customer interactions that need to be assessed to ensure consistent delivery of exemplary Customer Experience. Review all current processes and redefine them to achieve the ultimate Customer Experience. Identify weaknesses in workflow due to systems and recommend changes that will enhance the experience. Utilize NICE ensuring maximization of features within Customer Experience and Operational teams.

Director of Customer Experience Salary: $100,000

Supervise, develop, coach and train department associates to complete their tasks successfully and accurately. Educate the associates on process changes and developments so they can make wise decision that is beneficial and adds value to the company; audit Inventory Adjustments Daily; responsible for ensuring the accuracy and resolution of Cycle Counts; assists the QA department with item research as required, and working through QA Hold and Release requests.
