- Account Executive
The Account Executive is liable in lieu of The Timberland Company with merchants and other potential customers while developing extended term business relationships. The Account Executive recognizes opportunities in the outside marketplace to leave Timberland footwear through the outside channels of allocation. The Account Executive generates a service feature with our retail partners in the course of thorough account preparation and a systematic understanding of our customer’s business as well as a thorough comprehension of the outside business in common. Meets and goes beyond assigned continuing sales working plans for an assigned area and or an assigned set of accounts. Sees new account opportunities in order to meet expansion targets, possesses a detailed understanding of the outside marketplace such as opponent information, consumer understanding, present or upcoming market penetration, etc. and assists motivate estimate exactness. Develops and effectively influence cross-functional inside relationships. Guarantees appropriate visual standards are being adhered to by our customers, works proactively and collaboratively with customers to accurately control advertising programs, and supports and leverages Timberland’s commerce and fair dealing platform. Position will be located in Denver, CO area.
Account Executive Salary: $60,000.00
- Product Manager
The Product Manager develops tactical product plans and template by season for a product line with precise focus on product merge. Successfully produce the product line and determine any issues. The Product Manager collect, study and supervise product plans by SKU output, advice alterations, modifications, enhancements or removals to assigned products of the category based on market study, technical information and pointer given by the field sales staff. Build up product-briefing approaches for implementation by design, expansion, sales and superior management. Make and converse an idea for the category. Delve into the marketplace. Evaluate product, customer and viable trends in the market. Own an in detail understanding of the product, release and costing needs of customers, input markets, channels, and competition and market business trends. Handle the line planning, pricing and product formation procedure, as well as color plan, sizing plan, flow plan and gross margin targets. Work with design, progress and sourcing to attain the exact price-to-value relationship. Guarantee a pioneering approach to the business every season. Collaborate with Director of Women’s Footwear to reach income growth. Arrange the proper style/SKU level to optimize production. Understand the category revenue and failure statements. Guide cross functional teams during the decision-making processes met in product conception and demand conception. Work with improvement and commercialization allies to ensure every deadline are met and products are commercialized on time. Join forces with team to produce impactful presentations and sales tools to develop the category and sell in the product line. Co-work with regional retail leads to produce the seasonal product template based on customer and market approach. Outside travel required.
