The role is responsible for a wide range of activities including management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables and managing travel and expenses. This position will be responsible for facilitating key team activities and projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented; experienced admin with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, a good sense of humor and a passion for Toys “R”Us. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance or supervision and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice. Key to the position is being organized, and prioritized while also serving as a “go to” for all members of this team. The Vice President Executive Assistant demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to self prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast pace environment; perform administrative support duties, including but not limited to drafting and typing correspondence, making copies, answering and screening managers´ phone calls and directing inquiries to the proper party within the team, and maintaining and ordering office supplies; manage department information and communication professionally and efficiently; act as the point of contact for the department; assist with developing and updating complex PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and documents in support of team activities; assist in the creation of presentations and other communication tools, such as tables, charts and graphs, spreadsheets, etc., with consummate attention to detail; candidate must have executive level experience managing travel arrangements and coordinating an executive calendar in a high volume environment; schedule and coordinate meetings, arrange conference calls, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities; responsible for meeting details; preparing agendas, arranging catering and scheduling events; responsible for managing and participating in projects and delivering timely completion of multiple tasks; and organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.

The Store Planning Manager work with functional partners in executing and managing various store planning initiatives; work with the Design and Construction departments in reviewing scope of work for remodel stores; coordinate minor works projects with the MEO and construction departments; publish and maintain the remodel construction schedule and budget; publish and maintain the minor works construction schedule and budget; generate fixture critical path orders; conduct pre-construction walkthrough and site surveys prior to construction start; generate punch list items for construction complete; conduct weekly update conference calls with cross functional partners and field personnel; and special projects as needed.

The Sr. Financial Analyst – Vendor Profitability role is responsible for Vendor Performance Analysis and supporting Manager of Vendor Profitability in providing critical information to senior management with objective of achieving enhanced profitability. Proactively seek ways to improve vendor profitability based on like vendors in like categories. Initiate analysis to improve the business by driving private label sales; initiates analyses that identify vendors who are under average departmental margin rate and dollar goals; prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual vendor profitability and private label results; research root cause for profitability deterioration and work with lead buyer to repair; prepare ad-hoc vendor analysis for Buyers, Merchandising Senior Executives, Product Development and Sourcing as needed for vendor meetings and negotiations; re-engineer reporting to maximize effectiveness and reduce duplicative information; provide as needed vendor performance rankings and other vendor related statistics for bank filings and reporting requirements throughout the organization; support on-going requirements of the Global Vendor Profitability Initiatives working with both domestic and international merchant teams.
