- Senior Auditor
The Senior Auditor should identify the shortcomings of the process and contribute good recommendations to improve controls, operational efficiency and / or enhance benefits; refers to the details of cases observed in the affected areas and develop logical audit conclusions; collaborate with the staff unit to discuss the initial results, verify facts, and obtain explanations and to explore opportunities for improvement; prepare the draft audit findings, report opportunities and the management action plan in response to the findings; plans audit to focus on more uncertain areas based upon thorough analytical work done up front and communications with pertinent parties; continually reevaluate the assessment while in the field and respond accordingly; prepare working papers that are rigorous and provide an organized and good audit trail, including testing and documentation; acquainted with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); keeps updated with technical and professional knowledge; and aggressively pursues new skills and knowledge to prepare for further responsibilities.
Senior Auditor Salary: $60,000.00
- Human Resources Specialist
The Human Resources Specialist should cohort with management to recognize staffing needs and job requirements; spot highly qualified applicants and manage the discussion and assortment process; coordinate temporary staffing needs; maintain records and consulting agreements, to ensure the alignment of department needs and budget; supply common direction to Associates on Company rules and procedures; respond to questions in areas such as personnel, training, performance management, salary planning, etc; coordinate, prepare and distribute payroll planning sheets; create and maintain a record for monthly and ad hoc reporting; keep data on recruitment activities; carry out exit interviews and complete parting processes; research and compilation of information on personnel records is necessary and in response to legal requirements; provide resources to support the Canadian office; develop, coordinate and monitor the departmental budget; plan and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events; helps to lead the global development of recipes, product demonstrations, recipes, writing, proofreading and editing; and responsible for the sanitation and general maintenance of facilities test kitchen.
Human Resources Specialist Salary: $40,000.00
- Test Kitchen Assistant
The Test Kitchen Assistant should make out recipes as requested; upon request, produce and write recipes following the Tupperware’s certified recipe format; test recipes, developed by Global Culinary Chef or self, for correctness and simplicity of preparation; arrange and assist product and recipe displays for a variety of Tupperware events; assist in the preparation of ingredients and equipment necessary for testing; wash dishes, unload dishwasher and help sustain test kitchen; help in the organization of equipment and kitchen materials; and obtain groceries and supplies when asked for.
Test Kitchen Assistant Salary: $15,000.00
