- Ab-Initio Developer
This position performs an ETL development and support of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, analytical applications, as well as several small solutions; requires little direction from the team lead to accomplish the task. Demonstrates a strong understanding of key business drivers & ensures technical solutions deliver business value in line with company objectives. Has strong technical expertise and provides technical scoping, estimating, planning, design, development, testing and support services to a project; Strong experience in Ab-Initio ETL development Tool and understanding of data integration best practices in data warehouse environment; Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business drivers and ensure technical solutions deliver business value in line with the company objectives; can perform independently and guide, assist or mentor others in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and installing a large/complex or several smaller solutions; provide prioritization, planning, estimating and quality assurance at any stage of a project; responsible for communicating to management on status, problems, issues and underlying process problems; identify and develop the ETL component design document; document and present solution alternatives to clients, which support business processes and business objectives; track progress and intervene as needed to eliminate barriers and ensure delivery; demonstrate anticipation and initiative in the planning for and management of problems; resolve or escalate problems, and manage risk for both development and production support; coordinate vendors and contractors for specific projects or systems; review the technical work of other team members; ensure that good business relationships are maintained with multiple clients and other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts; participate in recruiting employees and contractors; participate in the evaluation of new software and hardware; provide training, guidance, assistance, and knowledge transfer among team members; and perform other duties as assigned.

- Assistant Buyer
This position assist buyer with developing business strategies and seasonal assortment plans to maximize the development of the brand, sales and profits for a department or assigned area; identify opportunities and recommend new product or concepts for department; coordinates information across functions working closely with Design, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Production, Packaging and Creative Services to ensure the process is followed and timelines met; handles visual signage (new, specials, markdowns). Coordinates production of in-store collateral and product information binders; attends and participates in Design meetings; correspond with functional areas; resolves, handles and escalates difficult issues to Buyer, Call Center and Stores; summarize and communicate merchandising information for store newsletters and emails; coordinate with Store Operation for disseminating information through appropriate channels; provide Merchandise Coordinator with product information (facts, pricing) to create Product Information sheets; assist the Buyer with developing the seasonal assortment plans (line lists) to define product requirements for Design; assist Buyer and Inventory Management to provide Sourcing and Production Management with purchase quantities, delivery dates, flow and exit strategies for initial cost and production negotiations for new programs; assist Buyer with providing Inventory Management with final assortment plans (line lists), product details, target retails, estimated IMU, importance to overall assortment (big bets) and floor plan location for developing purchase projections and buy plans. Update document and ensure accuracy; investigate and respond to field issues; coordinate communication strategies with Store Operations; provide merchandising information for Store Newsletters; visit stores and contact field management to gather information on product and issues; analyze market (domestic). Provide observations of market to Buyer for market analyses; identify and recommend new products or business opportunities; make recommendations to assist Buyer with developing seasonal and core product mix for department or area. Participate in the development of annual and seasonal financial plans; recommend catalog layouts to Buyer; assist Buyer and Inventory Management with determining appropriate adjustments (markdowns, delivery changes and quantity changes) to the plan to maximize sales, profits, budget (OTB) and to protect the brand; recommend contest ideas and coordinate awards and in-store collateral; assist Buyer with providing information to Creative Services on in-store promotion strategies and placement of markdown goods; handles escalated customer service issues; provide SKU information to Merchandising Operations for input; and may be responsible to manage and oversee small department or area.

- Assistant Control Buyer
This position assist Control Buyer for Direct to Consumer channels with the day-to-day activities of tracking purchase orders from point of origin to Distribution Center, forecasting sales, monitoring purchase orders, inventory levels, transfers and preparation of documents to maximize appropriate in-stock levels at each drop of a catalog mailing and throughout sales period; monitor purchase order status: track production, shipping and receiving status of shipments; run and print Vendor Buy Plans and Alert reports; ensure accuracy of purchase order delivery dates and pro.per customer notification; prepare the inventory transfer for Retail and Outlet divisions; resolution of all customer service and inventory issues; complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor; review backorder reports and allocate inventory to fill backorders in suspense; review and maintain backorder notifications to maximize customer service; enter orders and communicate information to Sourcing/Vendors; enter SKU data into DTC planning tool; review catalog proofs for presentation, pagination and layout; prepare and ensure vendor contracts are updated; manage billing and releasing process of customer orders; system SKU maintenance; and daily management of aging report.

- Associate Sourcing Manager
The Associate Sourcing Manager assists in the execution and on time delivery of quality products in the assigned categories; create and maintain production status reports; proactively reacts to production problems to insure the on time delivery of quality merchandise and communicates to sourcing, all departments, agents and suppliers; creates and implements production tracking formats and reports gathering information from many departments: inventory, merchandising, sourcing, packaging, suppliers, agents, etc; monitors the pre-production activities and reacts to problems. Works with testing, packaging, QA, and traffic to ensure all pre-production activities are completed in a timely manner; collects and reports weekly production/shipping details to ensure on time delivery and communicates to management, sourcing, inventory, buying and all support functions; communicates production status and work in process with agents and internal customers; reviews production status reports and identifies delivery and/or quality problems and determines and communicates the appropriate actions to be taken; monitors production on-site in select situations, and addresses problems at the factory; creates and maintains departmental logs and files including: Product Development Status, Time and Action Calendars, and Production Log and Status; close working partnership with buyers, inventory, design, and support departments; close coordination with agents, suppliers and service providers; supervises none or one Production Coordinator; and some travel required.
