As a talent management systems manager in Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, the individual will have to report to the firm’s director and talent development & training manager. This is temporary contract basis job. The job responsibilities would consist of assisting the talent department in all aspects of the development of simple business execution software. The software must help the firm to optimize performance and maximize the business results; it should also serve as the primary representative for all talent functions like recruitment, legal personnel, training, and development. The individual is expected to assist with project development, ensure that the vendor understands the business operations and makes the product accordingly. He/she should serve as the project manager and in coordination with the firm’s IT department ensure that the product satisfies the objectives and also assume other responsibilities, as needed.
The ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience with attorney performance management programs and have excellent communications skills.
