					<description><![CDATA[•	Responsible for transmitter operation and maintenance
•	Responsible for signal quality and propagation.
•	Responsible for performing minor repairs of equipment and systems. 
•	In case of equipment breakdown, a quick response to the problem shall be undertaken to lessen operation outages.
•	To insure normal operation of all broadcast equipment at all times, such as audio/video, microwave, satellite receivers, audio/video line amplifiers.
•	Report other repair and requirements to the immediate supervisor.
•	Conduct a signal / frequency response as part of the monthly reports. 
•	Perform corrective action during emergency and system breakdown. 
•	Perform daily logging and monitoring all necessary subjects as per recommendation by the National Telecommunication Commission NTC
•	Transmitter power output monitoring for both forward and reflected.
•	Performs a weekly checked on all broadcast facilities and assure everything is in good condition.   
•	Performs system and equipment calibration as part of the monthly preventive maintenance. 
•	Works and assists other technical staff to ensure consistency in operation.
•	Coordinate all technical jobs within the station (recording studio, news room, transmitter, etc.)
•	Perform periodic maintenance as required.
•	Keep records of maintenance work and repair for future reference.]]></description>
