  • I was instrumental increasing customers.

I was in charge of most of the duties relating to customer service.

I managed a staff of fifteen people making sure that everyone was properly trained.

  • I increased product sales in selling tickets etc. to the area events.
  • I made sure that all the customer’s needs were met, breakfast was prepared, and that the maids cleaned the rooms very thoroughly.
