The minimum education requirement is a GED or high school diploma. For age requirements, the minimum age to be a cheerleader is 18. Ages of cheerleaders ranges from 18-42. The average age of a NFL cheerleader is 25.

To be a NFL Cheerleader, formal dance training is not a prerequisite but since most of the squads are dancing squads, you have to learn dance routines and perform it properly. There are also no height and weight requirements but you must be physically fit.
